Overview
The Social Studies council takes pride in acknowledging the hard work and contributions that teachers in Alberta make to the pursuit of excellence in social studies education. The council presents the following awards to those teachers in our province who strive to make a difference!
Any SSATA specialist council member can nominate a colleague for an award. These awards will be presented at the annual conference dinner in Jasper on Oct. 16th, 2010. If you know of someone deserving of an award please complete the required form that is found in the Awards section of this website.
